Two Recruitment Consultants immediately required.. First Choice Selection Services established in 1994 and one of the leading Suppliers of Temporary Agency Staff across N Ireland are seeking additional Consultants as part on ongoing growth of our Recruitment teams. The roles are based in our Belfast Head Office working in the Healthcare and General Recruitment Divisions. Duties within the roles are varied and will include Preparing and Placing Recruitment adverts Screening Advert Response Arranging Registration Appointments For Suitable applicants both in person and by teams. Undertaking Registration Interviews Completing Process to Meet all Legal and Company Requirements Preparing Staff Profiles Handling Staff Enquiries From Clients . Including Taking Job Vacancies and Where required agreeing business terms Selecting Staff for Placement within roles Liaising Directly With Client Companies at Management and Senior levels Undertaking Sales and Marketing Activities Including sales Calls/ Client Visits and Job Fairs Own Transport is Essential in the role available. Applicants without Transport will not be considered. Applicants are expected to have a Sales/Customer Services Background ideally in a Professional Environment. Be able to work to strict Deadlines and able to work with Client Companies at a Senior level Role will require Weekly Financial and Activity levels to be achieved.
