Lead DevOps Engineer

ADA is partnered with a SaaS going through exponential growth. They have 2 core flagship products are are looking to scale up around then, one being a Security compliance tool. They're searching for a Lead DevOps Engineer - with expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and security implementation. You'll accelerate and automate the deployment of applications within production environments, ensuring the continual improvement of all systems/processes that go into providing a SaaS product. Job Title: Lead DevOps Engineer Company: SaaS Location: London Salary: Up to £120k + Healthcare, Bonus & Shares The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS/GCP and a deep understanding of DevSecOps tools (such as Snyk, AquaSecurity, and Fortify) and Kubernetes. AWS certifications are a significant bonus, alongside experience in SaaS/Healthcare/Fintech, due to similar security environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain a highly available and scalable Kubernetes cluster. Automate the deployment and scaling of applications and services on the cluster. Monitor and troubleshoot the cluster and its applications to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with the development team to ensure applications are designed for scalability and high availability. Implement and maintain security practices and ensure that systems are secure against threats Contribute expertise to identify options, risks, and potential operational issues. Qualifications: Six years experience in a similar DevOps or Platform position Expert in the Software Development Lifecycle with both a Dev and Ops mindset Expertise in Kubernetes, especially in production environments Experience using or deploying device-based trust applications (Okta Verify, Google BeyondCorp). Familiarity with RBAC/ABAC concepts and operating policies.
