Job Advert: SEND Teacher Location: Wilmslow Area Salary: £30,000 - £46,525  January Start Simply Education is proud to be working in partnership with a highly regarded SEND school in Wilmslow, and we are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Teacher to join their fantastic team. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people aged 4–19 with Severe Learning Difficulties and Complex Needs. About the School: The school provides specialised support for students with a range of needs, including: Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Complex needs including Language and Communication difficulties Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) Or a combination of the above All students have a Statement of Special Educational Needs or an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP), and the school is committed to offering a personalised, inclusive learning experience. What We Are Looking For: We are looking for a Teacher who is passionate about supporting students with SEND. Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate will: Have a solid understanding of SEND Be empathetic, adaptable, and nurturing Have a student-centred approach, tailoring learning episodes to meet the individual needs of each student Be committed to helping students grow, flourish, and achieve their full potential Key Responsibilities: Create and deliver personalised learning plans based on each student’s EHCP Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Collaborate with other staff, families, and external professionals to provide holistic support Use creative and flexible teaching strategies to engage students with a variety of learning needs Why Join Us?
