Payroll Business Partner - Slough We are currently partnered with a very interesting gaming company on a large scale overhaul of their Payroll set up. The business have recently migrated to Dayforce Payroll, and are seeking a Payroll Business Partner to own an entire geographical region of up to 4,000 users.THE ROLE:Management and input of an entire geographical Payroll set up Engagement with business users and stakeholders to build Payroll credibility Cross business communication to educate users on Payroll best practice Improvement of a complex payroll environment including temp pay, hourly pay, high turnovers, bonuses etc. REQUIRED SKILLS:Experience managing complex Payrolls, ideally with similar user numbers Confidence in communicating with high level business stakeholders Some knowledge of Dayforce would be advantageous THE OFFER:Basic salary up to c.£40,000 Additional bonus up to 3% Private healthcareHoliday purchase scheme Paid travel expenses for non-home location visits Hybrid working set up (2 days per week remote) If you are interested, please apply directly or contact me on [email protected]
