The Role:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn the ins and outs of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to client management. You will:
- Assist in finding and attracting top talent for our clients
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Work closely with senior consultants to understand client needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients
- Learn to use various recruitment tools and platforms

We are looking for individuals who are:
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
- Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
- Confident in speaking to candidates and clients over the phone and in person
- Able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Highly organised and able to manage time effectively
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administration is beneficial but not essential
