Your New Role As a Design Manager, you will lead a highly capable team responsible for delivering technical design solutions for electrical infrastructure and clean technology projects. You’ll be at the core of developing project scopes, managing the technical team, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. With a role that spans design leadership, client engagement, and the development of cutting-edge clean technology solutions, you will ensure that designs are not only technically sound but also commercially viable. Your responsibilities will range from high-level strategic decisions to the day-to-day management of project deliverables. Your Background You are an experienced Design Manager with a proven ability to manage complex renewable energy projects. You have a solid understanding of electrical design principles, from equipment sizing to layout and control philosophy.
