A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this Top luxury Hotel in Ascot for a Sous Chef. As part of a talented brigade you will be assist the Executive Head Chef in serving food for the all day Brasserie Restaurant and fine dining restaurant. You will be a talented Sous Chef looking to work with quality ingredients in a top hotel kitchen.

The Role
Reporting to the Executive Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
Working in the Modern kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients
Serving Modern British Menu
Strong Management skills
The Person
You will already be a Sous Chef or Strong Jr Sous wanting to step up
Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
Have experience of working at 1-2AA rosette kitchen
Good attention to detail and experience of busy restaurant kitchen
Ambitious and career orientated
