We are currently seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Home Manager in the daily operations of a thriving care home. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated individual looking to advance their career in a rewarding environment.   Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care, ensuring our residents experience dignity, respect, and independence. Maintain the highest standards of care in line with company policies and external regulatory requirements. Provide specialist nursing support and guidance, taking charge of resident care in the absence of the Home Manager. Cultivate strong relationships with residents, their families, and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and support.  About You: You are a qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin and have a solid understanding of clinical practices. With a background in person-centred care planning, ideally within a care home setting, you demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
