General Manager (flex office building)

Our client is a dynamic and contemporary provider of flexible office space. The business has sustainability and community ingrained in their vision and values, and create a uniquely personal professional space. For their Cheltenham site, our client is recruiting a General Manager.

Role objectives:

• Lead the building team to deliver the company's values and member journey
• Create a proactive, empowering workplace for the team, members and building community
• Deliver targeted occupancy percentage and achieve location budget and KPI’s

Role responsibilities will include:

• Create, implement, review and revise your location sales plan
• Prospecting and organic site led activity to bring in new members.
• Manage a pipeline of sales, working alongside an internal sales team
• Oversee calendar of community activities/events to enhance your community engagement
• Establish regular contact with members to ensure the team are exceeding expectations
• Training and managing team members for your location

The candidate:

The successful candidate is likely to be from one of these professional backgrounds:

• Flexi or serviced office background
• Local corporate hotel sales
• Business development managers
• Proactive sales in conference and events

Remuneration:

The salary will be dependant on prior experience, plus benefits (including private healthcare) and an annual bonus.
