Senior Environmental Manager | Hybrid South Wales | Permanent | up to £55,000Background in managing teams within an Environmental Consultancy?Looking to lead on managing complex environmental conservation projects?PT Renewables have partnered with a rapidly expanding Consultancy at the forefront of Environmental Management Services.You'll be joining a business doing good in the world, from contaminated land assessment to flood protection and environmental management.As the business continues to grow, this is a chance to help build and grow your own team of talented consultants.The RoleAs a Senior Environmental Manager, you will be the leading voice in delivering on Environmental and conservation projects.This is an opportunity to build your own team of junior consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and expertise across a variety of projects.Your day-to-day will include:Motivate and manage a team of environmental consultants, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.Oversee and sign off on major projects, being involved in areas such as contaminated land assessments, flood risk management, and environmental sampling.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice and ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.Lead fieldwork activities including soil logging, environmental sampling, and spill response coordination.Collaborate with the Compliance Manager to uphold ISO and environmental standards within our Integrated Management System.About youA degree in a relevant discipline (e.G., Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering).Extensive experience in contaminated land management, site investigations, and environmental assessments.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.A proven track record in managing complex environmental projects from inception to completion.A full UK driving licence and the willingness to travel for site-based projects.BenefitsSalary between £45,000 £55,000 (flex for right candidate)Hybrid workingPool car availablePension contribution etcIf you think this the right role for your skillset, we'd love you to apply and be considered for the first round of interviews.
