Job Requirements / Description
We are working with a few leading offshore firms who are looking to expand their Corporate teams in the Channel Islands. Your role will include advising on: mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, private equity, corporate finance, among others. You will work with clients such as multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity houses and private clients. We are looking for Associates at various levels, with strong experience in: Mergers & Acquisitions Private Equity transactions Corporate restructurings Joint ventures Equity capital markets Investment funds Ideally, you will be a Lawyer qualified in England & Wales or Scotland (candidates with other Commonwealth qualifications will also be considered), have at least 2 years of relevant experience gained in a reputable national, international or offshore law firm. You will also possess excellent interpersonal and client skills and a thorough command of the English language.
