This is a 5star venue offering Michelin/Rosette standard food along with innovation and collaboration and international flair as well as the highest standard of service. The Job As the Chef De Partie and being part of this elite culinary team you will need to; Collaboratewith the Sous Chef to maintain consistent 5-star service standards. Demonstrate expertisein specialised culinary techniques within your assigned section. Prepare, cook, and presentdishes according to established recipes and standards. Monitorportion and waste control. Adapt and be flexiblein a demanding environment. Communicate effectivelywith kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations. Take initiativeto address any issues or challenges during service. Contribute to menu developmentand innovation under the guidance of senior kitchen staff. Oversee the maintenanceof kitchen and food safety standards. Ensure full compliancewith all food hygiene and health and safety regulations including HACCP, COSHH, and distillery-related due diligence and controls. The Person To be successful within this role you will need to be an exceptionally talented chef who is driven to succeed and deliver outstanding food on all occasions. Proven experience in a similar role, with strong culinary skills. Ability to work autonomously, producing high-quality food. Excellent people skills for smooth collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house teams. Comprehensive understanding of safe food handling practices and food rotation procedures. Professional demeanour, consistently delivering exceptional service with a welcoming attitude. Effective problem-solving skills for quick, practical resolutions in a fast-paced kitchen. Passion for cooking and developing with the team, supporting junior members and contributing to a positive work environment.
