HR Business Partner | Punjabi Speaking | £60,000 - £65,000 This is an exciting opportunity to take the number one HR role in an established, thriving and rapidly expanding family owned business. The HR Business Partner will be commercially focused playing a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business goals. The HR Business Partner will report into the CEO & collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership team. The Role as HR Business Partner: Supporting the people agenda You'll spend much of your time building credible relationships, coaching, supporting and challenging managers, so exceptional relationship building and communication skills are key within the role. Address day to day HR issues as they arise Support and work with the leadership team to support change Provide sound and commercial advice on employment, performance management and talent management The Candidate: Previous experience in a fast paced environment Commercially focused ER experience and confidence in constructively challenging stakeholders Rapport builder & natural coach CIPD qualified Ability to work autonomously and make decisions Strong influencing skills and a passion for embedding our core values Solution Orientated, exceptionally well- organised, innovative problem solver The Package: In return the business offers a basic salary of up to £65,000 per annum plus company bonus and benefits.
