Area Sales Manager

Resolve Recruitment are recruiting for an Area Sales Manager, to represent and work for a genuine market leading brand in the UK who are part of a Global building product brand. The role of Area Sales Manager requires you to sell to and deal with National and Independent Builders Merchants across West Midlands, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Northern Somerset, South Wales and Mid Wales Basic Salary upto £45k plus quarterly and annual bonus, company car, home office setup, 25 days holiday and other benefits THE ROLE: * External sales role, home based to cover West Midlands, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Northern Somerset, South Wales and Mid Wales * Selling the company's manufactured range of water management products * Combination of existing business and account management, with new customer and project development * Selling into National and Independent Builders Merchants across the region. You will also be involved in finding new products and tracking existing projects with customers that included Housebuilders, Civil Engineers, Ground workers, specialist installers and contractors, and other end user customers. * Sales Support team to assist in quote and lead generation THE CANDIDATE; * Ideally you will have experience of selling a relatable building or construction product into the builders merchant customer base, but you made also be working for a builders merchant in a Sales capacity and be seeking your next step and wanted to work for a manufacturer. * You must be living on in the region mentioned above * Advantageous if sold for a building materials manufacturer via distribution. * A relationship builder, energetic and enthusiastic, with capable administration skills THE REMUNERATION: * Basic salary range is £35’000 to £45’000 dependant on experience. * Annual bonus of up to 15%, plus further £1k quarterly bonus * Company car (hybrid) * 25 days holiday (plus 8 Bank holidays) * Mobile, Lap Top, Health scheme
