As a Senior Nurse, you'll be responsible for: Leading a specific part of the care home and ensuring the highest level of care. Managing the home in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager. Reporting on residents' health issues and ensuring their dignity and wellbeing. Administering medication and monitoring residents' health. Mentoring and supporting colleagues and students. Advocating for a person-centred approach to care.
