Financial Planning Assistant

Hayward Hawk are working in partnership with a leading Financial client to source a Financial Planning Assistant. An exciting, fast paced role with future progression opportunities! You will be supported in achieving your Level 6 Advanced Diploma and provide ongoing development to help you progress in your career. The role: Input data and manage financial records accurately. Handle the processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports. Reconcile bank statements and oversee both accounts receivable and payable. Support the budgeting process and assist with financial forecasting. Generate and organise financial reports and presentations. Provide administrative support for the finance departments operations. Answer calls and address inquiries in a courteous and professional manner. Manage credit control and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. The candidate: Educated to degree level / previous work experience in similar role Dedicated and driven, serious about creating a career in financial planning Strong communicator, eager to build long term connections with clients Excellent multitasker, able to manage multiple priorities whilst studying Seeking a team player for both inside and outside the office Skills: financial planning finance assistant admin
