About the role: As a Reception Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational journey of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Your primary goal will be to create an engaging and supportive environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social-emotional development. You’ll use your teaching expertise to provide children with the best start in their academic life, delivering a dynamic and interactive curriculum that promotes early literacy, numeracy, and a love for learning. This is a full-time, long-term role offering competitive pay between £160-£210 per day. You’ll be a key figure in your students’ lives, nurturing their individual talents and helping them build confidence in a safe and caring environment. Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Experience working in Early Years or Reception teaching roles. • Passionate about child development and early education. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work as part of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum. • Support children’s social and emotional development, ensuring a nurturing classroom environment. • Foster a love of reading, writing, and mathematics through fun and interactive activities. • Develop strong relationships with children and parents, ensuring open communication and involvement in their child’s learning journey. • Work closely with other teachers, support staff, and senior leadership to create a positive, collaborative school environment.
