Maintenance Engineering Technician Continental Shifts £47000 plus 33 days holidays, 6-month development plan salary increase by £4,000 Key Responsibilities: * Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a range of processing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. * Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults efficiently to maintain continuous production operations. * Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability. * Provide technical support during production shifts, ensuring all machinery and equipment operate smoothly. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. Update maintenance logs and technical manuals as necessary. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff. * Work closely with production, quality control, and engineering teams to coordinate maintenance activities. Skills and Qualifications: * Proven experience in both mechanical and electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment. * Excellent troubleshooting abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues. * Relevant certifications in mechanical or electrical engineering are advantageous. * Meticulous attention to detail to ensure all maintenance work is performed accurately and safely.
