My client is on the hunt for a passionate and customer focused Membership Manager to join their energetic team in London. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of a lively space, driving the creation of a positive and inspiring environment for the diverse and ever-evolving community.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome new members, ensure a smooth onboarding process, and implement strategies to boost retention and satisfaction
Work with sales and marketing to attract new members and support campaigns promoting the space
Oversee member accounts, track data, and generate reports on occupancy and trends.
You Will Be:
A people person, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a co-working space or hospitality environment.
