Paid Media Consultant - Remote (You must be based in the UK)Are you hitting a glass ceiling in your current position? We believe in giving value to those who have provided it. Simple.Key responsibilitiesAs a paid media consultant, you will be responsible for growing the client’s business, profitably via ads. You will take ownership and accountability for this and bring your enthusiasm to their growth journey.You will be proactive with sharing insights from your performance to give the client the agility to capitalise on opportunities and react quickly to shifts in performance. Creating and managing campaigns in Google, Meta, Amazon and MicrosoftWriting ad copy and briefing in ad creative where requiredAnalysing performance in channel and also with Google AnalyticsAnalysing broader behaviour and performance with tools such as Hotjar and Microsoft ClarityForecasting performance and reportingManaging the balance between growth and profitability in-line with the client’s business goalsBuilding the client relationship to ensure retention, reduce churn and increase partnership opportunitiesWhat’s requiredWe expect to see the following from candidates for this role: 3+ years experience hands-on managing campaignsPrevious experience owning the client relationship, leading on calls and communicationsExperience with GA4, Google Tag Manager and Google Data StudioExperience working with the Google ecosystem, sheets, docs and gmailDemonstrable examples of being entrepreneurial or a self-developerHunger to want to progress this role into a senior positionGenerally commercially aware and able to discuss broader businessAble to manage your own time effectivelyA specialism or passion for one particular area of paid media i.e copywriting, data analysisExperience using Shopify and WooCommerceBought into Smart Bidding / native automation in PPC and paid socialBeing able to create Unbounce pages would be a bonusLooking for a career not a stop-gapWhat you’ll getWe give you the things that matter most:Salary of £35-45kCommission on bringing new clients Performance bonusOpportunity to input on the growth and direction the business25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthdayFlexible WFH (UK based) Exposure to the wider commercial elements outside of paid mediaTech Macbook ProG-SuiteSlackUnbounceShoptimisedHelium 10Microsoft ClarityCanva
