We are looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights.Role Overview: As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to optimize campaigns across various channels, with a strong focus on Connected TV (CTV).Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve business goals.Manage and optimise campaigns across multiple channels, including CTV, social media, search, and display.Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.Collaborate with the content team to align marketing efforts with programming and promotional activities.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain innovative and effective.Requirements:Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably within the TV or entertainment industry.Strong knowledge of CTV and its role in performance marketing.Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
