Business Analyst Location: Northampton – Hybrid Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 20% annual bonus One of the world’s leading financial institutions is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Digital Banking and Innovation Capability team in Northampton. You’ll work closely with the Payments Team to shape, define, and prioritise new business initiatives and change programmes, driving the future of digital banking. Key Responsibilities as a Business Analyst: • Interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver workable solutions to complex business challenges. • Drive product development and change programmes in an Agile environment. Requirements: • Proven experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within Financial Services. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. • Analytical mindset with the ability to develop practical solutions. • Experience with Agile methodologies and product development. Desirable Skills: • Business Analysis certification or equivalent experience. • Knowledge of Salesforce and APIs. • Experience in Six Sigma/Lean processing or re-platforming projects. • Familiarity with SaaS product integration and software development.
