This Canterbury-based architecture firm is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality architectural projects. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in leading projects from concept to completion, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the studio.
Offering upto 50,000 DOE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through to completion.
- Develop innovative design solutions that meet client requirements and project constraints.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior architects and designers within the team.
- Revit experience is essential
