SENIOR ARCHITECT PRESTON £45,000 - £48,000 pa Overview Our client is an award-winning practice with over 30 years of industry experience and are established as leaders in the delivery bespoke solutions across various sectors, including higher education, healthcare, R&D and advanced manufacturing. They are seeking a Senior Architect to play a lead role in managing and delivering high-profile projects from concept through to completion. The Role: As Senior Architect you will lead a dedicated design team and take responsibility for the management of projects from inception through to final handover. Key responsibilities will include: Liaison with clients and stakeholders to develop concepts to meet their needs and expectations. Collaborate with the full design team to translate those concepts into planning application packages, detailed technical drawings and construction documents for tender and construction phases. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet timelines and budgets. Undertake site visits and chair project review meetings when required. Coordinate with contractors and external design consultants. About you Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate: ARB / RIBA registered Architect. A minimum of 5 years of post Part 3 qualification experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in leading complex projects. Ideally you will have a portfolio demonstrating suitable experience, ideally of projects within the education and/or healthcare sectors. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplined design and delivery teams. Rewards Our client offers a very competitive salary commensurate with experience.
