They embrace new and innovative research techniques as well as create their own approaches, with the goal of understanding their client consumers inside-out. Projects span brand innovation, concept/comms/advertising testing, customer closeness & brand strate gy. They are looking for a Research Manager or Associate Director to join their Insight team. In this role you’ll lead mixed methodology projects, you will be involved with in person methodologies but also more innovative ones such as biometrics. You will turn insights into action and make a real impact for busines ses.
