Chartered Building Surveyor * £45,000 – £65,000 + Hybrid working + Pension * Multi-disciplinary Consultancy * Brighton, East Sussex A great opportunity to join this small but established Building Surveying practice as it enters a period of growth, both in terms of organic and strategic growth (breadth of offering). Focussing on delivery across traditional Building Surveying instructions (not homebuyers), you would be an integral part of the companies future growth. Person Specification: * Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying or related subject * MRICS – Ideally * You will be client-facing * You will have broad experience in a broad range of professional instructions as well as project work * UK Driving licence Roles & Responsibilities: In this role you will cover a broad range of instructions to include, but not limited to: – * Party Wall * Surveys * Dilapidations * Schedules of condition * Defect diagnosis reports * PPM reports Salary & Package: Salary of £45,000 – £65,000 (dependent on experience) plus the following package:- * Pension * Annual bonus * Hybrid working * Progression, including opportunity for future equity Company: Originally focussing on Party Wall work, this company has developed numerous revenue streams in the residential and commercial markets and as such is recruiting for a Chartered Building Surveyor. Established in 2019, they currently have more work than they have capacity for hence this is very much organic growth within a robust business plan. This Building Surveyor role will see you take over existing clients, allowing the MD to further develop and expand the business. With offices in Westdene, their current workload ranges from Eastbourne to Portsmouth, with occasional work in London. They do not offer Homebuyers, and they are very flexible on the type of person they take on.
