We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our supportive and nurturing team in Maldon, starting immediately. As a Qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of young children, fostering their social, emotional, and academic growth through engaging and meaningful activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities to support early development. Monitor and document children’s progress, tailoring learning experiences to individual needs. Foster a safe, positive, and stimulating environment for young learners. Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with parents about each child’s development. Promote social, emotional, and academic growth through structured play and learning. Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that the successful applicant must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
