The Role:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, setting sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a passion for sales and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company’s strategic goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation, conversion, and customer retention
  • Set sales targets and KPIs, and monitor performance to ensure team objectives are met
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create sales campaigns and initiatives
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and market trends
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a sales management or senior sales role
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales performance tools
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
