Credit Controller

Credit Controller required for an exciting project opportunity based in Solihull. SF are working with a retail business to secure a Credit Controller on a hybrid basis for an interesting project role working to take pressure from Team Leaders, whilst managing a portfolio of clients ensuring accurate data management. The successful Credit Controller will have query management skills, good attention to detail & strong system acumen. You will be responsible for: - Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure timely payments. - Resolve any discrepancies and disputes efficiently. - Prepare and send out regular statements and reports. - Collaborate with internal teams to improve cash flow. - Ensuring accurate recording of data on internal systems - Cash Allocations Requirements: - Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Strong system acumen, experience with Navision preferred. The successful candidate will be able to join the high performance credit function and hit the ground running. You will be able to work autonomously and perform in a high performing target driven environment.
