YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Answering employee queries Assisting the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment events and scheduling Running reports and doing data checks in the HR system Co-ordinating logistics of new hire onboarding Organizing meetings and taking minutes Collection of payroll data Employee file maintenance Sickness and Absence tracking Preparing letters and other communication, Be curious and seek opportunities to streamline and simplify processes Maintaining (updating), organizing, and posting content on the HR Intranet Page Ad hoc tasks as required by the P&C team ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS? 2+ years of experience in an administrative role or 3rdlevel qualification or equivalent (CIPD) Experience working in a busy environment I am a team player I can deal with ambiguity I have analytical skills I am comfortable with using basic tech solutions I have excellent command of MS Excel (and other MS tools) I am an out of the box thinker ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM: We are a family of over36 thousand engagedpeople.
