Due to an increase in workload and projects lined up to start in 2024/2025, a highly regarded construction and services company supporting the data centre and renewables sector is looking for a Legal/Senior Legal Counsel to join on an initial 12 month FTC basis. Central London office, hybrid working, 3/2 split.


Reporting to the General Counsel you will be part of a small, busy legal team responsible for:

  • drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in relation to construction and infrastructure projects
  • advising on service and operational
  • ensuring best practice compliance and governance is followed including advising the business on regulatory, AML and sanctions matters
  • providing support on any corporate transactions, JVs and partnerships
  • supporting the business on day-to-day legal matters
  • liaising extensively with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver company objectives
  • instructing external counsel when required


To be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have trained at a reputable firm in construction and/or infrastructure projects with subsequent in-house experience in-house within in a similar role, preferably working on data centre related projects.


Commonwealth qualified lawyers with relevant experience and right to work are also encouraged to apply.
