About SearceSearce is a modern technology solutions' consulting firm that empowers clients to futurify their businesses, leveraging Cloud, AI & Analytics.Job ResponsibilitiesManage thought leadership and influence on driving broader organizational growth by contributing to strategic plans for Searce’s Regional & Global Growth.Establish key relationships/partnerships with GCP, AWS and Azure to drive Searce’s cloud revenue & market share and become trusted OEM partners to align with Searce’s overall business goals.Define and lead the mission, vision and strategy for multiple Practices - D&A, Applied AI, Software Engineering as well as Infra Modernisation; work closely with the Regional Heads of Searce’s client base and be their strategic advisor for all things pertaining to the techno-functional aspect of the practices.Contribute towards building a healthy, scalable, inclusive, and growth-oriented engineering organization. Develop the next generation of technical leadership needed to grow Searce’s business.Lead the design and development of solutions that meet client needs, leveraging your expertise in cross functional domains. Provide oversight of delivery across the complete portfolio of Searce regional initiatives by acting as the central point of contact for the enterprise level clients.Understand the complexity of customer ecosystems and demonstrate experience in building Enterprise Scale Solution Architecture with ethics, security, regulatory and compliance factors to deliver responsible solutions to Clients.Enhance effective partnerships with Sales and Engineering Leaders. Provide architectural leadership to development teams and provide technical guidance and leadership to all internal and external teams involved in the implementation process.Continuously work towards identifying new business opportunities and prioritize pursuits for the modern tech practices and supporting the formation of Go-to-market strategies for new, as well as existing products & Services.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Solution Architecture, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage by using a range of new and emerging technologies from the Cloud (Google Cloud and AWS).QualificationAt least 14 years of experience in more than one of the professional services space as a hands-on multi-practice Chief Architect / Enterprise Architect across below areas will be preferred:Tech Consulting and Application Development servicesCloud & Data migration and modernizationPublic Cloud managed servicesApplied AI & Data Analytics based servicesAlong with a specialized experience in delivering complex projects pertaining to these professional services on Cloud Platforms, preferably GCP & AWS.Excellent understanding of the technical landscape of the geographical region and must have spent 10 - 15 years in the designated region. CxO level mapping in the local regions.Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks along with a proven track record of driving solutions across practices.Ability to translate business problems into futuristic solutions and having Consulting or consultative selling experience (pre-sales) in a professional services firm or with an IT provider with a focus on selling information services and complex offerings.Experience driving collaborative cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution. Proven success in contributing in a multi geographical team while demonstrating excellent communication, articulation, written, presentation, and problem solving skills.Ability to work in a young, fast-paced environment and take initiative to drive/deliver on goals and solve problems in an ambiguous environment.Experienced in large multi tech domain solutions and handling a quota of at least $1 m in services and must have worked on long term projects.Successfully worked with CxO level executives and VP, and Director-level contacts within Global companies.Strong personal network with key firms in the areas of: sales, business development, channels, at hyperscale firms and service providers.Critical thinking, decisiveness and ability to work well in demanding & ambiguous client environments.Experience in start-up/scaling a growth stage organization would be valuable.
