Production Planning Manager

We are partnered with a leading manufacturing business based in Halifax. This business are expanding and have ambitious plans to grow over the next two years. The role we are advertising plays a big part in those plans. The Person:

• Experienced in a Manufacturing setting.
• Previous production planning experience.
• Experienced in all forms of Microsoft office.

The Role:

• To be a key member of the manufacturing management team and contribute to the overall strategy for the supply chain and operation of the business.
• Be a strong business partner to the purchasing team to ensure material availability, stock levels balanced and to match production plan.
• Manage engineering changes effectively.
• Create and actively progress and manage production plans.
• Automate current process flow from customer order to FG s.
• Support the Implementation of planning tool software.
• Key stakeholder in SAP implementation.
• Works with manufacturing to provide the most efficient and robust plans.

This role is working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. The salary is up to £50,000 per year. For more information contact Shaun Treacy at Questech.
