The corporate sector, which accounts for 2/3 of the energy emissions worldwide will not be able to reach their sustainability targets in 2030 unless we create more impactful and achievable solutions.
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Growth Specialist with a strong focus on Lead Generation. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition and retention through creative digital marketing strategies. Our products currently include a SaaS platform as well as a comprehensive trading environment, so this role will be initially split between driving new platform users and demo call sign-ups.
Key responsibilities
Identifying lead generation opportunities:
- Analyse our digital marketing activities and implement changes to maximise lead generation.
- Showcase our digital product engagingly, emphasising on its benefits and relevance.
- Propose new, innovative ways of targeting audiences and driving sign-ups.
- Use data from demo calls, target audience research, and campaign performance to help our team make data-driven sales and marketing decisions.
Running lead generation campaigns:
- Develop digital campaigns that appeal to our target audience, including RE100 signatories, CDP-adherent companies, SBTi-aligned corporates, renewable energy advisors, and utilities or IPPs sourcing Guarantees of Origin (GO/REGOs).
- Create and oversee creative assets, from copywriting to design briefings and sign-offs.
- Optimise campaign performance across channels (e.g., LinkedIn, display ads, email marketing).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless campaign execution and perfect alignment with the overall business goals.
- Implement automated flows and use LLMs to enhance resource efficiency and performance.
Testing and reporting:
- Track and report on key performance metrics for lead generation
- Apply a cycle of testing, learning, and iterating to refine campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing and scale successful campaigns
- Share insights from testing to improve marketing and sales strategies
- Continuously learn about new growth marketing and lead generation best practices
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in lead generation or a similar role
- Creative skills for developing impactful assets and campaigns
- Innovative approach to maximise lead generation and appeal to new audiences
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and opportunity identification
- Excellent project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Tech-savvy with experience in setting up automated flows and using lead gen tools
- Experience with A/B testing and other methodologies
- Performance-oriented
- Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, Climate Tech, Renewable Energy, or Sustainability
