The Role:
As the Technical Sales Manager, you will:
- Leverage your technical knowledge to sell our solutions to clients in Defence, Aerospace, Automotive, Power Generation, and Manufacturing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and technical stakeholders.
- Understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to provide tailored solutions.
- Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring long-term growth.
- Travel internationally and within the UK to meet clients, with occasional overnight stays.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, ideally within sales or customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record of selling into Defence, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Automotive industries.
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a solution-focused mindset.
- Engineering qualifications such as a degree are preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
