Fit Out Project Manager - Southwest London

We are currently assisting a reputable medium sized main contractor in their search for a Project Manager.

This role will be leading the fit out onto museum schemes, values are 1million - 2million in value.

Job role: Project Manager

Salary: 75,000 - 85,000/annum (Depending on experience)

Location: Southwest London

Project Manager responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to identify and address any potential issues or risks
• Assist in resolving any conflicts or disputes that may arise
• Liaising with client and providing updates on works being done

Project Manager Knowledge and skills:

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proven experience in construction management or a similar role
• Valid SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card
