Gratuities Job Duties: Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other drinks, along with food items. Assist customers in selecting beverages based on their preferences. Operate coffee-making equipment and maintain cleanliness in the work area. Handle payments and process transactions accurately. Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints. Required Qualifications: Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and good time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of different coffee beans and brewing methods. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Basic math skills for handling payments. Excellent spoken English. Preferred Qualifications: Barista certification or formal training. Experience using espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment. Understanding of artisanal bakery products. Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with high levels of customer interaction. Standing for extended periods. Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.
