Are you an experienced SENCO, Assistant Head or Deputy Headteacher who is looking for an interim role? Immediate Strat / November 2024 Borough of Greenwich SENCo & Designated Safeguarding Lead responsibilities Inner London Pay Scale L4 to L6 Pro Rata Interim Role 3 to 6 months Full or Part Time Options Available Outstanding OFSTED Report Academics are currently working with this fantastic Nursery school based in the borough of Greenwich to recruit an experienced SENCO, Assistant Head or Deputy who is looking for an interim role. This role will see you taking over full SENCo and Designated Safeguarding lead responsibilities for a period of 3 to 6 months. The school is linked to the main Primary school through a shared executive head teacher and you will need to comfortable working as part of a large Senior Leadership Team. The Nursery school itself caters for children aged 2 to 4 years old and offers a very exciting curriculum that encourage children to thrive. The school offers both full time and half day places for their local children. Parents and Carers report excellent experiences with the school, which is echoed in their consistent Outstanding OFSTED reports. Facilities are good across the school and there is a diligent EYFS team in place that make learning fun and a great place to work. Applications would be most welcome from experienced SENCO's and Senior Leaders with a thorough understanding of inclusion. A SENCo qualification is required or a proven track record of leading on inclusion in an Assistant or Deputy Headteacher role in a Primary school or large Nursey school setting.
