Job role: Finishing Manager

Rate: 250 - 280/day (DOE)

Start date: December

Duration: 3 months

Location: Hatfield Peverel, Essex

Finishing Manager duties:

• Ensuring works are completed to standards.
• Signing off and handing work over to client.
• Managing trades & subcontractors.
• Liaise with project manager.

Site Manager Knowledge and skills:

• 5+ years experience
• Industrial project experience
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
