Senior Customer Care Officer Southwark Contract £20 per hour Our client is looking for a highly experienced Senior Customer Care Officer – who has extensive experience working in a busy call centre environment answering complex customer queries. The Senior Customer Care Officer will be predominantly taking and logging calls relating to leaks, mould and damp calls. This role requires: * Excellent customer service * 4 days in the office, one day WFH * Experienced in call taking * Can answer emails * Able to work as a team Please only apply if you have worked in a busy Call Centre environment.
