- Lead and Oversee Project Delivery: Plan, manage, and execute all site activities in alignment with project requirements.
- Programming Works: Develop and implement detailed schedules to ensure efficient project progression.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to Health & Safety policies, promoting a safety-first culture on-site.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all works are carried out to the required specifications and standards.
- Team Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and promote a one-team ethos across different divisions and subcontractors.
- Financial Accountability: Take full responsibility for the project s profit and loss, maintaining strict control of target costs and managing actual costs incurred.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a Site Agent role, preferably within heavy civils or marine projects.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.
- A relevant Civil Engineering qualification (e.g., HND, Degree, or equivalent).
- A proven track record of delivering large-scale projects to a high standard.
