Contract Manager

Contracts Manager £45,000 - £50,000 per annum Permanent, full-time London, hybrid working (flexible) Sellick Partnership are proud to be working with a London-based research organisation to recruit to a Contracts Manager for their Clinical Contracts and Research and Development team. This role will be offered on a permanent basis and the successful candidate will attend the London-based offices 2 days per week, however there may be some flexibility on the office attendance. The successful candidate will receive an annual salary up to £45,000 - £50,000 per annum. The Contracts Manager will be expected to provide general legal advice to departments in the organisation, as well as draft, review, and negotiate the following agreements: Funding Agreements Drug Supply Agreements Material Transfer Agreements Data Transfer Agreements Collaboration Agreements Non-Disclosure Agreements Confidential Disclosure Agreements It is essential for successful applicants to have experience dealing with funding agreements and drug supply agreements, however experience of the others mentioned above would also be beneficial. The client is open to considering applicants with a background in all sectors including research institutes, universities, pharmaceutical companies, charities and NHS.
