Head Chef

Our client owns bustling restaurants, award winning gastro pubs and dining rooms plus several festivals around London. Currently we are looking for a Head Chef to join their team at their Brixton Restaurant. The Head Chef will be enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about delicious fresh food and great service and looking to help assist more junior members of the team. Currently in the team is 8 Chef de Parties. Mondays the restaurant is closed. Tues - Friday dinner service only Sat-Sun Lunch and Dinner service The kitchen is a fast paced environment, where our Chefs will need to drive a high standard of execution and be committed to deliver consistent, beautiful dishes as part of Londons most unique dining experience.
