Gas Engineer

THE COMPANY My client is a Surrey based company who are looking for a Commercial and Domestic Gas Engineer. They work for a range of clients mainly for public buildings and Housing Associations. They have a team of 35 field engineers and 70 staff all together. THE ROLE * The role consists of planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding and resolving any breakdowns, on commercial plant rooms. * Carrying out repairs and refurbs on Internals - Rads, valves and all wet works Location: Covering East London Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Travel paid after 30 minutes provided each way/ Holiday: 25 Days plus 8 Bank Holidays Hours: 40 Hour week Call out: 1 in 8 - £120 Standby Plenty of Overtime Van, Fuel Card, Phone, Uniform, PDA THE CANDIDATE * Will pass a DBS Check * Can provide references. * Minimum 4 years’ experience in Commercial Gas – CODNCO1 * Happy to work on internals – domestic gas and wet works * Have all their ACS Gas certificated in date. * Ability to carry out installations and repairs. * Independent worker but also works well as part of a team
