Room Leader Nurse Seekers are recruiting a Room Leader for a quality and friendly Nursery based near Truro, Cornwall! The right candidate must ensure a high standard of physical, social, emotional and intellectual care for children placed in the nursery Key Responsibilities Have an excellent understanding of the EYFS Manging a small team of staff members Be able to implement the EYFS in to activities Build strong relationships with the team, the children and parents/carers To understand the importance of assessment, and ensure all children receive the statutory progress checks required. To maintain records of your key children’s development and learning journeys and share with parents, carers and other professionals.
