Your mission is to inspire, motivate, and guide your teams to deliver exceptional service and performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations in multiple POS, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and in line with company standards. Lead and oversee the implementation of sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business goals. Actively promote our products and provide excellent customer advice and support at our kiosks and stores. Ensure smooth and efficient checkout processes and manage logistics to maintain store operations. Handle recruiting, staff management, and scheduling, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet store needs. Foster and uphold our corporate culture, promoting a positive and collaborative environment while supporting the continuous development of your team. What you bring to the table: You bring valuable professional experience in retail, such as a Store Manager or as a Sales Lead. You confidently engage with people, establishing strong connections with ease. Communication, dedication, and initiative come naturally to you. A true team player, you’re driven to contribute to our company’s success, combining your skills with a proactive and independent work style. You are fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
