A leading and growing travel tech company based in London is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join their small and friendly team. This is a brand new role and you will be responsible for driving organic traffic growth, optimising their website's UX and performance, and leveraging data to inform marketing and commercial strategies while ensuring the profitability of the operation. Key responsibilities Acquisition Management (80% initially) Managing user acquisition campaigns on many different performance digital channels. Analyse & report performance KPIs in order to determine the true success of our marketing campaigns. Creation of the marketing messages and briefs for marketing creatives, managing localisation of the content. Developing and executing strategies to acquire potential high revenue customer profiles through market research Analysing user data to identify target audiences and optimize marketing campaigns Managing user acquisition campaigns and analysing performance metrics Researching and evaluating potential partners for user acquisition campaigns Monitoring trends in user acquisition and implementing strategies to capitalize on them. Conducting due diligence and financial analysis of potential targets Create ways of targeting these customers and measuring the success of the activity. Optimise website and other assets using A/B testing Developing and implementing strategies for identifying increase revenue via company affiliates that align with the organisation's goals. Evaluating and producing financial performance reports. Staying abreast of industry trends, economic conditions, and competitive landscapes. Facilitating communication and providing regular updates to key internal and external stakeholders regarding revenue performance. SEO- Driven Marketing (SEO strategies, audits etc) Web Analytics Website Development and Optimisation The right candidate will have knowledge of: Analysing A/B tests Key performance indicators (Lifetime Value, Cost per Install, eCPM, etc.) Programmatic marketing and associated concepts (SSP, DSP, RTB, DMP, etc.) Primary free and paid acquisition channels (SEO, interstitial videos, cross-promotion, pre-roll video, SEA, etc.) and their characteristics Industry trends and how to position oneself in relation to them Hold a basic knowledge of mathematics to manipulate figures related to acquisition campaigns. This includes calculating average profitability, ROI, confidence intervals, and mastering probability concepts to evaluate financial risks. Have an expert understand of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Web Analytics. Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital revenue acquisitions & marketing with a strong focus on SEO and web analytics. Experience within the travel or technology sectors is a plus but not essential; technical expertise matters more. This is a hybrid role (4 days a month in the London office) and salary up to £60,000.
