Additional Info Hybrid Working: 3 days onsite, 2 from home Location: London, Bank Contract Type: Contract Contract Length: 2 Months Job Summary Collaborate with the risk team and key stakeholders to foster a digital mindset in the planning and execution of a discovery exercise. This initiative aims to help the risk team clearly define the services they provide and align them with the risk management framework, ultimately creating design principles that will guide risk management practices moving forward. Key Work Output And Accountabilities Service articulation for risk; what services are provided and how Gaps and misalignment in provision identified Design principles for applying risk management developed aligned to the risk management framework SLAs/KPIs/OKRs developed for the risk team as required Identification of future discoveries/further areas of focus as necessary Required Qualifications and Experience Experience of service design and development of design principles Experience of designing and delivering discovery type exercises Experience of developing SLAs/KPIs/OKRs Experience of working with multiple stakeholders An understanding of trade/trade finance, banking, risk management, regulated industries desirable
