We are on the hunt for a super talented Omakase Sushi Chef to work in the Sushi restaurant. There will be an intimate private dining space that can seat 12 guests and will be served by 2 chefs through the experience. This would suit a Sushi chef at sous level from a premium restaurant background, longevity in roles, good BOH management and experience in high quality sushi. Omakase experience will be a big plus.
