Job description: We're on the lookout for a dynamic Knowledge Lawyer to join our Tax & Structuring team. This pivotal role involves curating and maintaining a comprehensive suite of legal resources, including precedents, practice notes, and training materials, to keep our legal team and clients ahead of the curve. You'll play a key role in ensuring our content is current, relevant, and engaging for our target audiences, spanning clients, industry peers, and the broader legal community. Required profile: Ideal candidates will bring a solid commercial legal background, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a focus on corporate tax transactions. Experience in real estate or finance tax issues is a plus but not essential. We value the ability to distill complex legal changes into concise, commercially viable advice, and expect exceptional writing and editorial prowess, demonstrated through a portfolio of high-quality, engaging legal content. Your strategic and analytical skills will be crucial in aligning content creation with our firm's business development goals, supported by strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
